摘要
田间小区试验结果表明:播种期沟施地蚜灵、地鹰拌种、高巧种衣剂机械包衣、高巧+普尊混合种衣剂机械包衣均对花生出苗无显著影响;各处理对蚜虫有明显的防效,药后25天不同处理防效为70.0%~83.0%;药后55天防效为40.2%~61.3%,其中地蚜灵、高巧、高巧+普尊的防治效果均在60%以上,显著高于地鹰。不同药剂的增产幅度为2.4%~7.5%。用气相色谱或高效液相色谱方法检测结果,各药剂在花生荚果和土壤中的残留量均低于日本肯定列表和中国限量要求。
tion of Diyaling The plot experiment results in field showed in seeding time, seed dressing with Diying, that the four treatments mechanical coating seed including furrow applica- with Gaucho or Gaucho + Prevathon had no significant effects on emergence rate of peanut seeds; the treatments had obvious control effects on aphid, which were 70.0% - 83.0% on the 25th day after pesticide application; on the 55th day af- ter the treatments, the control efficacy were 40.2% - 61.3%, and that of Diyaling, Gaucho and Gaucho + Prevathon was above 60% and obviously higher compared with Diying. All treatments had yield - increasing effects in a range of 2.4% - 7.5%. The residue of the four pesticides in peanut pods and soil was detected by HPLC or gas chromatography and the results showed that the residual amount was lower than the requirement of MRL of China and Japan.
