摘要
研究了吡虫啉在金银花、大青叶中残留的分析方法及消解动态。样品经乙腈提取,再经NH2柱净化,用UPLC-MS/MS测定。结果表明:吡虫啉在金银花中的半衰期为1.71~1.58 d,在大青叶中的半衰期为2.45~1.97 d,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/kg。在金银花及大青叶中的平均回收率分别为80.3%~83.1%、81.8%~85.5%;相对标准偏差分别为4.5%~6.3%、3.1%~5.0%。
The method for determining the residue and degradation dynamics of imidacloprid in honey- suckle and folium isatidis were studied in this paper. The samples with NH2 column, and determined by UPLC - MS/MS. The degrada were extracted with acetonitrile, purified tion half - life of imidacloprid was 1.71 - 1.58 days in honeysuckle and 2.45 - 1.97 days in folium isatidis. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg/kg. The average recovery rate was 80.3% - 83.1% in honeysuckle and 81.8% - 85.5% in folium isatidis with the relative standard deviation as 4.5% -6.3% and 3.1% -5.0% respeetively.
