摘要
综述了近年来国内外常见核果类果树遗传转化的研究进展,概述了目前果树遗传转化的主要方法,阐述了核果类果树遗传转化植株的主要鉴定方法,指出了当前研究中存在的一些问题,探讨了转基因研究未来的发展方向。
In this paper, the research progress of genetic transformation of common stone fruit trees at home and abroad in recent years was summarized, and the main transformation and identification methods were also reviewed. The present problems in current research were pointed out and the developing direction was predicted.
