立体斜纹针织面料的生产实践

Development of the Three-dimensional Diagonal Knitted Twill-effect Fabric

针对市场上纬编针织斜纹面料表面斜纹效果比较平坦的现状,提出采用褶裥组织设计生产斜纹针织面料。分别介绍了在提花单面大圆机与普通单面大圆机上,采用线密度为18 tex的精梳棉纱开发立体斜纹针织面料的编织工艺与注意事项,并给出了面料参数以供参考。

In view of the problem of weft knitted twill-effect fabric with weak twill effect in the market, the paper develops a new kind of knitted twill-effect fabric by using pleated structure, and introduces the knitting technology and the precautions in the process by using 18 tex combed cotton knitted on the jacquard single jersey circular machine and common single jersey circular machine respectively. Furthermore, the parameters of fabrics are presented for reference.
