摘要
基于针织结构具有良好的成形性、极好的能量吸收性和抗冲击疲劳性能这一特点,研究了纬平针、单珠地集圈、畦编集圈这3种纬编针织物的抗撕裂性能与抗穿刺性能,并探讨了两者的相关性。单缝法撕裂实验表明:纬编针织物横向的抗撕裂强力大于纵向;纬平针织物的抗撕裂性能要好于单珠地织物;线圈长度对纬编针织物横向撕裂强力无明显影响,但线圈长度越大,纵向抗剪切性能越好。综合准静态抗穿刺实验结果得出:抗剪切性能和抗穿刺性能都与外力作用方向和织物组织有关;同一织物,45°方向抗穿刺性能最强,90°方向次之,0°方向最弱;经当量计算发现畦编集圈织物的抗穿刺性能要优于单面纬平针织物。因此,单缝法测得的撕裂强力不能用来表征纬编针织物的抗穿刺性能。
In view of the characteristics of good shape retention, perfect energy absorption and impact resistance for knitted fabrics, the paper studies the tear and stab resistant properties of three kinds of weft knitted fabricsplain, single pique, cardigan stitch, and also discusses the relationship among them. In the single rip tearing testing,the results show that the tear resistance strength in the width-wise direction is higher than that in the longitudinal one; the tear resistance properties of plain are better than single pique. The loop length has little effect on the tear strength in the width-wise direction, with the increase of which, however, the better shear resistance properties in the longitudinal direction can be obtained. In the quasi-static stab testing, it indicates that both the shear resistance and the stab resistance properties are related to the acting direction and the stitch structure; for the same fabric, the stab resistance properties in 45°are best, which are middle in 90°and weakest in 0°; resistance properties of cardigan stitch are superior to the plain. The tear resistance cannot be used to present the stab resistance of weft knitted fabrics.
