摘要
选取SDL(O)、SDL(N)、SDL(G)、JIS、FS这5种新型平滑助剂对黑色纯棉纱进行整理,测试了6种纱线(有一种未经平滑整理)的动摩擦系数和强伸性能,并进行了比较研究。然后上机编织,探讨预整理对纯棉针织色纱编织性能的影响。结果表明:纯棉色纱经过平滑助剂整理后,纱线动摩擦系数降低,经SDL(O)和SDL(N)整理后的纱线强力几乎没损失;在相同编织条件下,所有色纱的编织性能有所提高,其中经平滑剂SDL(O)和SDL(N)的整理,编织性能得到明显改善,织机的运转率和产品质量得到提高。
The paper develops 5 kinds of new yarns finished from blaek cotton yarns by using five new kinds of smoothening auxiliaries, and also testes and compares the dynamic friction coefficient and flexible properties of the six kinds of yarus(including one kind of the unfinished black cotton yarn). And then the effeets of pre-finishing on knitting properties of cotton colored knitting yarns are analyzed. The results show that the dynamic frictional coefficient of the finished yarns goes down; the strength of these yarns finished by SDL (O) and SDL (N) smoothing auxiliaries has almost no loss; the knitting properties of all colored knitting yarns get improved under the same knilting eunditions, especially for the yarns finished by SDL (O) and SDI, (N); and the running speed of machine and the product quality also increase signlficantly.
