摘要
针对薛家坪提黄工程的实际情况,对取水方式、水泵选型、运行方式等进行了比选,提出了优化设计方案:针对泥沙较多的取水问题,采用沉沙池技术;在水泵选型时多尺度考虑上下级泵站流量匹配、机组备用、灌溉与工业用水结合等问题;运行方式采用单管运行,并配合蓄水池方案。该优化设计方案符合工程实际,节省了投资。
According to the situation of Xuejiaping Yellow River lifting project for irrigation and the research of pump selection ,water supply method and operational mode,this paper proposed an optimization design: build a dcsilting basin to solve the problem of high sediment concentration; for the pump selection, consider the aspect of pump station flow matching between upper and lower levels, the unit spare, irrigation and industrial combina- tion; take the design of single pipeline combined with reservoir for operational mode. The optimized design accords with the actual project and saves investment.
