河口村水库泄洪洞进水塔温度应力仿真 被引量:1

Thermal Stress Simulation Analysis of Concrete Intake Tower Based on ANSYS

摘要 采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟河口村水库泄洪洞进水塔的混凝土浇筑全过程。通过施加边界条件及温度约束,计算得到混凝土浇筑过程中的温度场和应力场,并分析底板、侧墙、胸墙、隔墙和边墙的应力场分布及其随时间变化的规律。结果表明:胸墙和边墙拉应力值较大,可能存在裂缝,在施工过程中应特别注意。可以采取对混凝土拌和材料进行预冷,通过合理养护控制混凝土内外温差,以及通水冷却、在混凝土内埋设水管等措施,进一步降低浇筑温度,提高其早期抗拉能力,降低水泥水化热引起的温升。 The paper used ANSYS software to simulate concrete pouring process of an intake tower of flood discharging tunnel of Hekoucun Reser- voir. By applying boundary conditions and temperature constraints, it calculated the temperature and stress field in the concrete pouring process~ It analyzed the stress field distribution and change regulation of the floor, flank wall, breast wall, partition wall and side wall. The results show that the tensile stress values of the breast wall and side wall are large. Cracks may appear there. Special attention should be paid in the construction process. In order to control concrete temperature difference, precooking the concrete mixing materials and reasonable maintenance may be put into effect. And burying pipes in concretes for water cooling can help to reduce the pouring temperature, improve the early tensile capacity and decrease temperature rise caused by cement hydration heat.
