红河州工业企业碳排放与低碳产业发展研究

Developmental Research on the Carbon Emissions and Low Carbon Industry of Resource-based Industrial Enterprise Cities in Yunnan Province——Take Honghe Prefecture as an Example

资源型城市可持续发展仍然是至今为止尚未完全破解的世界性难题。通过以低碳经济视角分析了红河州规模以上工业企业能源消费种类和能源消耗的碳排放量,得出了电力、热力、有色金属冶炼、化工制造、煤炭开采、黑色金属采矿等高耗能行业是红河州经济发展过程中碳排放和高能耗形成的主要原因。在目前资源与环境压力下,红河州应充分利用地区资源优势,重点发展生物产业、新型煤化工业、有色金属深加工产业及新型服务业等低碳产业体系。

The sustainable development of resources - based cities around the world remains a difficult problem yet to be solved. Based on the empirical analysis about the energy consumption and carbon emissions of state industrial enterprises in Honghe Prefecture, the paper identifies six main reasons that have caused high carbon emission in the process of state economic development and high energy consumption in the region ： the e- lectrical power, the thermal power, the non -ferrous metal smelting, chemical manufacturing, coal mining and ferrous metal mining. The paper proposes that, considering the present great resources and environment pres- sure, the state should take regional advantages＇ in resources, focusing on developing such low carbon emission industries as biological industry, new - style coal chemical industry, non - ferrous metal processing industry and service industry.
