福州市社区社会组织现状分析与发展建议——以鼓楼区社区社会组织为例

Current status analysis and development approach of social organizations in the communities in Fuzhou City

通过对福州市鼓楼区社区社会组织进行调查与访谈,了解到福州市社区社会组织的现状,如参与社区公共事务、社区文化建设及社区公益活动等,针对福州市社区社会组织发展中存在的顶层设计缺乏系统性、社会角色的非自主性、居民参与志愿服务的缺失性、信息披露制度不健全性、组织人才的匮乏性等问题,最后提出了促进福州市社区社会组织发展的对策建议。

Based on interviews and a survey of social organizations in the communities in Gulou District, Fuzhou City, their current status is described in terms of active participating in public affairs, culture construction and public beneficial events. In view of the lack of system in the top layer design, lack of autonomy in social role, lack of residents participating in volunteer service, imperfectness of the information publicizing system and lack of talented organizers, the countermeasures are proposed to promote the develop- ment of social organizations in the communities in Fuzhou City.
