摘要
介绍了高等教育管理文化生态系统的构建,在此基础上剖析了高等教育管理文化生态的历史与现状,提出了高等教育管理文化生态优化的指导理念,并从以下4个方面研究其文化生态的科学修复和优化:(1)重构和优化高等教育管理文化生态的外部关系;(2)拓宽和优化高等教育管理文化生态的资源渠道;(3)调整和优化高等教育管理文化生态的内部结构;(4)培育和优化高等教育文化生态的学术群体。
Based on its history and current status, building of cultural ecology in higher education management is illustrated, and its principles for optimization is outlined. Meanwhile the scientific restore and optimization of the cultural ecology are explored in the following 4 aspects. （ 1 ） Rebuild and optimize its external relations. （2） Broaden and optimize its channels for resources. （3） Adjust and optimize its internal structure. （ 4 ） Bring up and optimize its academic groups.
