摘要
在煅后焦生产过程中,大量温度在850~900℃的高温烟气从煅烧回转窑沉灰室直接排入大气,造成能源浪费。对回转窑沉灰室进行改造,回收高温烟气的余热,为成型车间生产提供热源。
In the process of calcined coke production, a lot of high-temperature flue gas ranging from 850℃ to 900℃ discharges directly into the air through dust-setting chamber of calcining rotary kiln, leading to a waste of energy. The dust-setting chamber of calcining rotary kiln was modified to recovery the waste heating from high temperature flue gas, which can provid heat source for production of profiled workshop.
