高速公路建设项目质量—成本卓越管理概念的提出,使高速公路建设项目质量—成本管理步入一个全新的管理阶段。文章旨在结合质量—成本卓越管理的管理理念提炼出高速公路建设项目的质量—成本卓越管理流程,为新的管理模式使用者提供理论的管理思路。
The concept of quality-cost performance excellent management for highway construction project is proposed, so that the management of quality-cost of highway construction project goes into a whole new management stage.This article aims to refine the management process of quality-cost performance excellent management for highway construction project combined with the management philosophy of quality-cost performance excellence management,to provide the theory of management ideas for the users of new management model.
