摘要
文章针对某电磁阀厂现有测试系统测量精度低,测试效率差等问题,设计开发了一套电磁阀智能测试系统。以LabVIEW作为系统的开发平台,综合流体力学、仪器仪表、液压与气动和计算机辅助测试等相关技术建立了测试系统的总体方案,并开发了系统软件;分析了系统的动态特性,并结合实验结果进行了对比分析,证明了该设计方案的可行性;提出了改进措施,进一步提高了系统的测试精度和效率。
An intelligent solenoid valve test system is designed to solve the problems about bad test precision,low test efficiency of a solenoid valve factory. The overall scheme based on LabVIEW is established comprehensively,used hydromechanics, instruments and meters, hydraulic and pneumatic and the computer auxiliary test technology and so on.In this paper, system software is designed, the system dynamical character is analyzed and compared with the test result obtained by the experiment,it proves the system is teasible. The improvement measure is proposed to enhance the precision and efficiency of system test.
