摘要
本文论述了远程教育中应用的教学媒体的本质、分类和特征.文章首先讨论了教学媒体的作用性质,指出教学媒体是传递和呈现教学信息的载体,同时可看作是人体感官和大脑的扩展、延伸和加强;综述了教学媒体的多种分类及其意义,并提出了传统媒体、视听媒体和电子媒体三分法的新分类体系.随后,文章探讨国际教育技术和远程教育界围绕教学媒体的本质展开的争论,集中介绍了以克拉克为首的`无差异论'和以贝茨为代表的`差异论'的主要观点.文章最后讨论了媒体教学特征及其部分研究成果.
This article discusses the essence, the classification and the characters of the teaching medium which is applied in distance education. The article first discusses the function quality of the teaching medium, and points out that the teaching medium is the carrier of the delivery and presentation of the teaching information, and at the same time, it can be regarded as the extension and reinforcement of the human senses and brains. The article summarizes the classification and its significance of the teaching medium, and put forward the classification of traditional medium, audio and video medium and e-medium. Then, the article discusses the argument on the essence of teaching medium in the circle of international education technology and distance education. In the end, the article discusses the characters of medium teaching and some of its research
