复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of chronic renal failure with α-keto acid tablets

目的为验证复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将52例慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗前和治疗后的相关指标进行检测并比较。结果治疗后在肾功能、蛋白尿、贫血等方面均较治疗前明显改善。结论复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭在改善肾功能、提高生活质量方面有明显疗效。

Objective To verify the clinical efficacy of compound a-keto acid tablets in the treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods A total of 52 patients with chronic renal failure were treated with the compound α-keto acid tablets and the related indexes were tested before and after the treatment. Results The renal function, proteinuria, and anemia of the patients significantly improved after the treatment. Conclusions α-keto acid tablets have significant efficiency in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
