On Dramatization during Interrogation——A Sociology Perspective on Interrogation

侦查讯问中的拟剧现象指在讯问人员主导下,讯问对象按照侦查人员对案情的理解或者要求,进行虚假供述的现象。拟剧现象增加了错案发生的概率,并且通过技术干预及第三方介入的方式抑制效果有限。要最大限度地遏制拟剧现象,须致力于侦查人员讯问能力的提升、讯问对象权利保障的强化及二者非正式接触时空条件的控制等。

Dramatization during interrogation can be defined as a phenomenon of false confession made by the suspect when coerced into confessing what the interrogators require. Dramatization increases the probability of misjudged cases,and we cannot curb it effectively through the technology interference or the involvement of the third party. In order to solve the problem,attention should be focused on heightening the ability of the interrogator,strengthening the safeguard of the suspect as well as the control of time and space conditions for their informal mutual intercourse.
