直觉决策从心理意识的角度研究决策者的决策行为,对经典的"经济人"追求"最优决策"的决策假说提出了挑战,是目前决策理论发展的新趋势。而侦查活动的特点决定了直觉在侦查决策中是一个无法回避的问题,同时也发挥着无可替代的作用。因此,用直觉决策的理论来分析侦查工作,正视直觉在侦查决策中的作用,注重直觉决策与理性分析的结合,并在组织内部形成经验的良性传承,将有助于提高侦查决策的水平与质量,改善公安工作。

Intuitive decision-making studies the decision-making behavior from the perspective of the psychological consciousness. It challenges the classic decision-making hypotheses which a ＂rational person＂ would seek an ＂optimal decision＂, and it is also a new trend on the present decision-making theory. The characteristics of investigation determine that intuition is unavoidable and also play an irreplaceable role in the decision-making of an investigation. Therefore, we should analyze investigating work by the intuitive decision-making theory,face up to the role of intuition in an investigating decision, attach importance to combine intuitive decision-making with the rational analysis and inherit the sound experience inside an organization. So that it＇ll help to improve the decision-making in investigation and the work of public security.
