The paper makes an analysis of the characteristics and existing problems of petrochemical enterprises＇ Party building work during the implementation of overseas projects under the new circumstances. It describes the importance and necessity of Party building work in the implementation of overseas projects and argues that efforts should be made to extend the coverage of Party building work as well as enrich its content. The paper also proposes some coping and effective ideas and measures in the form of ＂six innovations＂.
