增强党风廉政建设责任制实效性研究

A Study on Improving the Effectiveness of the Responsibility System for the Improvement of the Party's Work Style and the Building of A Clean Government

结合中原石油勘探局落实党风廉政建设责任制的工作实践,从明确责任、细化目标、协调督导、严格考核几个方面总结了经验做法。分析了当前党风廉政建设责任制工作存在的不足,提出了完善组织保障、责任目标、工作运行、考核评价等体系方面的建议。

The paper makes a summary of the experience of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield Company in implementing the responsibility system for the improvement of the Party＇ s work style and the building of a clean government, including defining of responsibilities, breaking down targets, coordinated supervision, and rigorous evaluations. The paper also analyzes the deficiencies of the company in the implementation of the system, and puts forward suggestions for dealing with the deficiencies by improving the systems of organizational support, responsibility targets, operation and evaluations.
