摘要
为进一步了解塔河油田地区员工人际信任与社会支持现状以及不同人口学变量条件下员工人际信任与社会支持的结构,选取塔河油田地区409名员工为研究对象,采用人际信任量表(ITS)和社会支持量表(SSRS)为研究工具开展问卷调查。结果表明:当前地区员工人际信任水平处于中等水平,社会支持水平总体良好;人际信任不受性别、婚姻和学历层次的影响;男性社会支持水平高于女性,已婚人员优于未婚人员,本科组社会支持水平显著低于大专组;随着工龄增加,人际信任水平呈现先下降后上升的趋势,但未出现显著差异,社会支持水平随工龄增加缓慢上升,10年以上员工社会支持水平明显高于其他工龄组,在支持利用度上新分学生优于其他所有年龄组;员工人际信任水平与社会支持水平呈显著正相关,社会支持及客观支持对人际信任水平具有一定的预测作用。
To further understand the status of employees' interpersonal trust and social support in Tahe Oiliield and the structures of employees' interpersonal trust and social support under different demographic variables, a questionnaire survey is conducted on 409 employees from Tahe Oilfield by using the research tools of Interpersonal Trust Scale (ITS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) . The results indicate that: currently, the interpersonal trust of employees in Tahe Oiltield is at the middle level, while social support is in general satisfactory; interpersonal trust is insensitive to gender, marital status and educational background; social support is higher among males than among females, and higher among married employees than among unmarried ones; the group of employees with bachelor's degrees show significantly lower social support than the group of employees with associate college degrees; with the increase of working years, interpersonal trust first declines and then climbs up, but the changes are moderate; social support rises slowly as the length of service increases, with the employees that have been working for 10 years showing significantly higher social support than other working- age groups and new recruits showing a higher level in usage of social support than other workingage groups; there is a notable positive correlation between employees' interpersonal trust and their social support, and social support and objective support can to some extent be used to predict interpersonal trust.
