摘要
从建设背景、操作实践、实施效果、体会与思考四方面介绍了汉江油田职工培训中心开展培训项目规范化管理建设的情况,并以此说明,开展培训项目规范化管理,需要上下联动、高层推进,需要借助外脑、专家指导,需要全员参与、知行合一,才能保证成功。
The Training Center for the Workers and Staff of Jianghan Petroleum Administration has been carrying out standardized management of training projects as required. The paper offers an overview of the implementation of standardized management in the Training Center, which consists of four parts, i.e. background, implementation, implementation effects, and lessons & reflections. On this basis, the paper illustrates that to successfully manage training projects in a standardized way it requires coordinated action from top to down, support from the senior leadership, reliance on external resources, expert guidance, full participation of the workforce, and the unity of theory and practice.
