摘要
基于威廉.J.罗思韦尔和H.C.卡扎纳斯提出的教学设计准则以及ADDIE模型,重点讨论了学员特点的选择和分析,并将其与常用的传统三层次分析方法进行了对比和讨论,此外还对学员特点的评估、根据评估结果进行学员特点基本信息归档的相关问题,给出了一些可供参考的思路和方法。
Drawing upon the instructional design process and ADDIE model introduced by William J. Rothwell and H. C. Kazanas, the paper focuses on the selection and analysis of trainee characteristics, and compares the practice with the common traditional 3 - layer analysis approach. The paper also provides for reference some ideas and methods to deal with the problems related to the evaluation of trainee characteristics and the documentation of basic information of trainees obtained from evaluation results.
