摘要
高质量的师资队伍建设是当前特殊体育教育发展的核心问题.采用文献资料调研、调查、数理统计等研究方法,以福建省为例,分析特殊教育学校体育师资发展的现状,发现在性别比例、年龄结构、学历,专业背景等方面存在较大不足.在此基础上,提出特殊体育师资培养路径应在立法、管理、保障、培训等方面,强化政策实施力度,改变人才培养模式,建立多层次、多渠道、多模式的特殊体育教师的职前与职后培训体系.
To build up qualified teaching teams is the principal goal of the current special education field. Using Fujian as an example, this dissertation adopts methods of documenting, surveying and statistics analyzing to draw a sound picture of the development of teaching teams in special education schools. Deficiencies have been found in those schools in terms of ratio between gender, structure of age and educational background, as well as the expertise. Based on the current situation, we propose joint efforts he made in aspects of legislation, management and training. We also call for the deepening of the enforcement of the policy, changing of the training modality, and the building of multi-level, multi-mode system for training the teaching teams.
