摘要
以15mg/kg剂量对异育银鲫肌肉注射恩诺沙星,应用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)研究了恩诺沙星在异育银鲫体内的药物代谢动力学。结果表明,健康异育银鲫肌注恩诺沙星主要药代动力学参数:t1/2(α)0.477h,V1.676 L,Tmax0.750 h,Cmax4.747 mg.L-1,AUC37.533(mg/L).h,动力学方程为:C=4.925e-1.452t+2.730e-0.075t。其药时数据符合一级吸收二室模型,在鲫鱼体内的主要药物动力学特征为分布快且完全,消除缓慢,作用时间长。
The pharmacokinetics of Enrofloxacin is investigated in Carassius Auratus Gibelio af- ter single intramuscular administration of the injection 15 mg/kg. The blood samples are col- lected at different times and concentrations of Enrofloxacin are determined by using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The data are treated by 3P97 pharmacokinetic software. The results indicate that plasma concentration-time data of danofloxacin mesylate are fitted to a two-compartment open model. The main pharmaco-kinetic parameters are as follows: tl/2~0. 477 h, V 1. 676 L, Tm^0. 750 h, Cm^x4. 747 mg~ L-1, and AUC37. 533 (rag/L) ~ h. The pharmacokinetic equation: C = 4. 925e-l'4s2t -{- 2. 730e-~'~75~ These results show that Enrofloxacin can be absorbed rapidly and completely, but be eliminat- ed slowly and it has a long-time effect.
