急倾斜复杂矿体采场结构参数优化研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据龙山金锑矿复杂矿体的赋存条件和浅孔落矿采矿方法,选取人工假壁、上盘回采分层高度、下盘回采分层高度和矿房长度为主要因素建立正交试验方案,以采场应力集中系数和岩层位移量为评价指标建立目标函数,进行了采场结构参数优化研究。研究发现:急倾斜中厚矿体破碎围岩矿房开采过程中采场应力集中系数变化较小,岩层位移量变化较大;结构优化后,围岩最大位移可降低46%。优化后的最佳参数为人工护壁厚度3 m,上盘矿体分层高度2 m,下盘矿体分层高度3 m,矿房长度50 m。 Considering the occurrence of complex deposit in Longshan Gold-Antimony Mine and short hole mining method, an orthogonal test program was prepared with artificial wall, slicing main factors. Study was conducted for optimizing stope structural height for hanging wall and footwall, room length as parameters by taking stress concentration factors of stope and displacement of rock strata as evaluation indicators for objective functions. Results show that there's little change in the stress concentration factor but big one in rock strata displacement during the room mining of steeply dipping deposit with moderate to large thickness. After optimization, the maximum displacement of wall rock can be decreased by 46%. It is concluded that the optimal structural parameters are as follows: artificial wall is 3 m thick, slicing height for hanging wall is 2 m and 3 m for footwall, the stope is 50 m in length.
