昆钢转炉钢渣干式磁选抛尾精矿的湿式精选技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据昆钢转炉钢渣矿物性质、嵌布特性和可磨性特点,在-70 mm分级干式磁选抛尾技术上,研发了-70 mm分级干式磁选粗精矿湿式磨矿-梯级分选工艺流程及技术。研究结果表明,-70 mm干式磁选抛尾粗精矿采用全粒级湿式磨矿进行渣铁分离,然后采用梯级分选回收技术筛选分离出+1 mm高品位金属铁;-1 mm钢渣再磁选抛尾,磁选精矿再采用筛选方法分离出+0.2mm高品位铁粉;-0.2 mm粒级进行磁选精选可获得合格的铁精矿,最终尾矿金属铁含量小于0.1%。流程具有铁品位和回收率高、处理成本低和易于分级利用的优点。该技术在昆钢集团得到了工业化应用。 Based on an investigation on mineral properties, dissemination characteristics and grindability difference of converter slags from Kunming Iron and Steel Group, a flowsheet consisting of wet grinding and stepwise separation was developed to treat rough concentrate from a stepwise dry magnetic separation of slag in the size range of -70 mm. In the test, to separate slag and iron, a full-size wet grinding was firstly adopted to treat rough concentrate from dry magnetic separation of slag in a size range of -70 mm. The following stepwise separation process resulted in a high-grade metallic iron in the size range of + 1 mm being separated out, and the slag obtained in the size range of - 1 mm was subjected to a further magnetic separation for discarding tailings ~ The concentrate therefrom went through screening process resulting in the + 0.2 mm high-grade iron powder. And the obtained concentrate in the size fraction of -0.2 mm went through another magnetic separation process yielding qualified iron concentrate with the metallic iron in the final tailings less than 0.1%. It is found that this process flowsheet can not only improve iron grade and recovery, but also reduce the operation cost, with the powder obtained conveniently classified for utilization. Hence, it has been introduced to Kunming Iron and Steel Group for commercial application.
