摘要
对某复杂多金属矿石的工艺矿物学进行了研究,对原生产工艺流程及工艺条件进行了分析,针对其中的问题进行了工艺流程及药剂制度改造,采用优先选铜-铜浮选尾矿选铅-再选锌的工艺流程,并采用效果较好的铜捕收剂YK1-11和铅抑制剂YK3-09,最终获得了品位16.16%的铜精矿、品位55.39%的铅锌混合精矿和品位45.52%的锌精矿,铜、铅、锌回收率均有大幅提高。该研究为类似复杂铜铅锌多金属矿的开发与利用提供了新的思路。
Based on the process mineralogy study for a refractory muhimetallic ore and an analysis of the currently used processing flowsheet and technical conditions, flowsheet and reagent system were renovated accordingly to solve the existing problems. A flowsheet consisting of selective flotation of copper and successive beneficiation of lead and zinc copper flotation tailings.was selected, while reagents with excellent performance, such as copper collector YKI-11 and galena depressant YK3-09, were chosen. As a result, a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 16.16% , a lead-zinc bulk concentrate with a grade of 55.39% and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 45.52% were prepared, while the corresponding Cu, Pb and Zn recoveries were markedly increased. This study provides a new approach for the exploitation and utilization of Cu-Pb-Zn ore resources.
