翻白草油对RSV感染宿主HeLa细胞Caspase-3蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测翻白草油对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染宿主HeLa细胞Caspase-3蛋白的影响,探讨翻白草油抗RSV的作用。方法:RSV感染宿主HeLa细胞后,选取翻白草油进行抗RSV病毒作用研究,采用Western blot检测宿主HeLa细胞Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:翻白草油组与RSV病毒组比较,宿主HeLa细胞Caspase-3蛋白的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:翻白草油在直接灭活阶段和病毒生物合成阶段,抗RSV作用可能与降低Caspase-3蛋白的表达有关。 Objective: To detect the effect of Potentilla discolor oil on the expression of Caspase 3 protein in HeLa ceils infected with RSV, in order to analyze the anti-- RSV effect of Potentilla discolor oil. Methods : We used the HeLa cells infected with RSV, extract the protein to detect the expression of Caspase-3 by western blot after Potentilla discolor oil. Results: Compared with the virus control group, the expression of Caspase-3 protein were significantly lower in Potentilla discolor oil group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Potentilla discolor oil has anti--RSV effect at the stage of direct inactivation and biosynthesis of the virus. The anti--RSV effect of Potentilla discolor oil may be related to the decrease of Caspase-3 protein's expression.
