EGFR和中期因子在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及其与预后的关系

Expression of EGFR and midkine in epithelial ovarian tumor tissue and its relationship with prognosis

目的:研究EGFR和中期因子在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化的方法检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达的情况并分析卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中EGFR和中期因子阳性的表达率与预后的关系。结果:EGFR和中期因子在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达水平明显高于卵巢的良性肿瘤和正常的卵巢组织,低分化、有淋巴结转移伴腹水和临床分期为晚期的EGFR和中期因子阳性的表达率显著升高。结论:EGFR和中期因子在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的进展中起到至关重要的作用,能够作为判断卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织的恶性程度和预后的重要指标。

Objective： To study the expression of EGFR ovary and midkine in epithelial ovarian tumor tis- sues and its relationship with prognosis. Methods： immunohistochemical method was used for the detection of ovarian epithelial tumor tissue expression and EGFR and midkine expression rate in relation to prognosis was analyzed. Results： EGFR and midkine in ovarian cancer tissue expression levels were significantly higher than that in ovarian benign tumor and normal ovarian tissue. Expression rate of advanced EGFR and midkine, with low differentiation, lymph node metastasis and aseites and of late clinical staging, increased significantly. Con- clusion： EGFR and midkine play a crucial role in the progression of ovarian epithelial tumor, and can be used as an index for malignant degree and prognosis of ovarian epithelial tumor tissue.
