基于产业生命周期理论的我国资源型产业的发展历程研究

The Mode of Growth for Resource-Based Industry in China Based on the Industrial Lifecycle Theory

在中国经济高速发展的今天,资源的需求与资源的供给相互间的矛盾开始逐渐显现出来,并且已经开始影响到经济的可持续发展。资源型产业的发展依靠的是资源,而资源的逐步减少和开采难度的增加会使得资源型产业发展逐渐走向衰退。但是资源型产业对区域经济发展和我国整体经济水平的提高具有重要意义。本文根据产业生命周期理论对资源型产业的成长模式进行研究,得出在资源型产业后应当努力延伸自己的产业链。对自然资源的开采不能停留在粗加工、滥开采上。产品不能停留在低附加值和高能耗的产业上。应以市场为导向,向精深加工环节发展,生产具有市场竞争优势的精品资源性产品和特色资源性产品。

With the rapid development of economy in China, the conflict between resource demand and sup-ply gradually emerges, which influences further the sustainable development of economy. The growth of resource - based industry depends heavily on resources. The gradual decrease of resource amount and increase of exploi- ting difficulties, in turn, will constrain the development of resource - based industry. However, resource - based industry is of significance for the development of regional economy and the overall improvement of economic level in China. Based on the industrial lifecycle theory, the present paper discusses the mode of growth for resource - based industry, and concludes that research- based industry should attempt to stretch certain industry chain rather than robust processing and overexploiting the natural resource. Moreover, compared to producing products by low value - added and high energy - consumed industry, resource - based industry with market orientation should focus on superior process and generate competitive and unique resource -based products.
