摘要
对包钢焦化厂新焦油蒸馏系统的改造进行了总结。通过对蒽油系统、二次蒸发器、打碱系统、轻油中间槽配置等方面进行技术改造,使焦油蒸馏工艺进一步优化,达到降低能耗,简化操作的目的。
In the article, the transformation of new tar distillation system in Coking Plant of Baotou Steel is summa~ rized. The tar distillation process is further optimized with the technical transformation for the system of anthracene oil, re- vaporizer, system of removing alkali and configuration for intermediate tank of light oil to reduce energy consumptions and simplify operations.
