Fast Integral Lifting Technology of Ladle Turret in Steel-melting Plant

文章结合大包回转台吊装工程实践,介绍了使用双扁担梁实现钢包回转台整体快速吊装拆安的技术。文章主要阐述了拆安及吊装的准备事项吊装用扁担梁的结构形式以及人员、机具、材料的准备情况,该技术可供厂房内跨间重型设备拆安工程施工借鉴。

In this paper, the fast integral lifting, removing and installing technologies of ladle turret with double shoulder pole beam are introduced combining with the engineering practices of lifting turret. Moreover, it is mainly elaborated the preparation of lifting,removing and installing,the structure of shoulder pole beam used for lifting as wet1 as the preparation of personnel, machines and tools and materials. This technology could be as reference for the engineering of removing and in- stalling heavy equipment for span in plant.
