摘要
文章针对9#鼓风机仪控系统概况介绍,引出相关轴系检测、防喘控制、联锁报警及停机、外部信号与内部程序的相互关联,提出可靠、安全、科学的实际操作手段,分析判断设备故障状态、分布,确立排除设备故障的有效方案,降低鼓风机因操作失误造成误跳车的风险。
this paper, the tests of related shafting, antisurge control, interlock alarm and machine halt, correlation of external signals and internal procedures are introduced by the brief introduction of instrument control system for 9# air blo- wer. Furthermore ,the reliable, safe and scientific practical operations are proposed as well as the effective schemes of elimi- nating equipment failures are established by analyzing and determining the conditions and distribution of equipment failures to reduce the risks of machine halt caused by misoperations of air blower.
