摘要 针对目前水泵的振动监测和故障诊断的状况,在实际生产中,建立一种新的水泵振动信号的采集与监测系统。通过介绍该系统的硬件、软件系统,以及对于干扰的排除,说明该系统在采集水泵振动信号方面具有优势。实践证明,通过对工厂里的水泵振动加速度以及其功率谱情况进行观测,该系统可以很好地对水泵的振动进行监测测和辅助提高水泵故障的早期诊断率。 Aim at the present situations of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of water pumps, a new acquisition and monitoring system for vibration signals of water pumps is established in actual productions. It is demonstrated that the system is with advantages for collecting vibration signals of water pumps through introducing the hardware and software sys- tem as well as elimination of interference. The practices prove that the system could monitor vibrations of water pumps well and assist to improve the early diagnosis rate for faults of water pumps by observing the acceleration and power spectrum for vibrations of water pumps in plant.
