摘要 针对大型施工机械的结构特点,人机环境对大型施工机械进行了安全分析,提出了安全因子的概念,构建了安全因子集;从概念、定义和判据三个方面对安全因子进行了论述;采用数值仿真的方法,把模态应变能和动刚度这两个安全因子应用在大型施工机械-架桥机的主梁结构损伤识别中,分析结果表明,与其它方法相比,所提的安全因子能够准确、快速的判断结构损伤的存在,并能较好的判断损伤的位置和程度,识别精度更高。 In terms of the structure characteristics of large construction machinery, the safety of large construction machinery was analyzed in man-machine environment, the concept of safety factor was put forward and the safety factor subset was built. The safety factor was discussed in the aspects of concept, definition and criterion. By using numerical simulation method, the modal strain energy and dynamic stiffness were applied to the structural damage recognition of the girder in the bridge erecting machine. The simulation results show that, compared with other methods, the safety factor method can accurately judge the existence of structural damage. It can more accurately determine the damage location and the degree of structure deterioration, illuminating that the method has a higher damage diagnosis precision.
