单一及端基异构混合型半乳糖脂衍生物抑菌功效的初步研究

摘要 通过纸片扩散法测试了含不同长度饱和碳链α-和β-O-半乳糖脂衍生物及其等质量比混合剂对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和芽孢枯草杆菌的体外抑菌功效,发现一组含有12C脂链的端基混合型半乳糖脂对芽孢枯草杆菌显示一定活性,应用液体稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度为0.06mmol/L。 The in vitro antimierobial efficacy of α- or β-O-galactolipids and their anomeric mixtures with saturated carbon chains of different length was assessed by Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli. Results reveal that the anomeric mixture of two O-galactolipids with a 12C-lipid end inhibit Bacillus subtilis at a low concentration. The minimal inhibitory concentration of this mixture is determined to be 0.06 mmol/L.
