摘要
装备制造业开展集成创新面临着模式选择的问题,为此,通过实地调研和案例研究,基于技术依存度和模块化程度两个维度,提出了架构设计型、模块更替型、内部一体化型及许可改进型四种产品集成创新模式。在此基础上,对不同的模式进行比较分析,从而为企业产品集成创新模式的选择提供理论指导和管理支持。
The equipment manufacturing industry is facing the problems of mode selection in order to carry out integrated innova- tion. Therefore, four product integrated innovation modes, i.e. architecture design, modular replacement, internal integration, and li- cense improvement were put forward through field research and case studies and on the basis of two key dimensions, i.c. degree of technological dependence and degree of modularization. On this basis, the different modes are compared and analyzed, so as to provide theoretical guidance and management support for the mode selection of product integrated innovation in enterprises.
