Research on Regional Technology Innovation Ability based on Patent Information Analysis

从专利信息分析的角度出发,构建了多维度的区域技术创新能力测度模型。该模型克服了已有区域技术创新能力测度模型在适用范围和量化计算上的问题,并将区域的特性融入区域技术创新能力的测度范畴,使用相对性的数量指标、无量纲化的技术方法,最大限度地降低了人为因素的影响,且适应性更广泛、覆盖性更强。

This study constructed a multidimensional evaluation model of regional technology innovation ability based on patent in- formation analysis. The model overcame the problems in applicable scope and quantitative calculation in the existing evaluation model of regional technology innovation ability, integrated the regional characteristic into the scope of regional technology innovation ability e- valuation, and minimized the impact of human factors with quantitative indices of relativity and dimensionless method. In addition, it is more widely applied and more broadly accepted.
