摘要
企业因其异质性而存在,企业异质性的外在表现是企业追求差异化,其内在动因是企业智力资本的运营。近年来,个体人力资本转化为智力资本问题已成为研究热点。在分析华为公司的甄选人才、绩效机制、培训机制、技术创新、管理创新、文化模式等方面独特策略的基础上,借鉴物理学中耦合理论思想,构建了人力资本耦合企业创新和企业文化的机理。引入李克特量表法度量人力资本、创新、企业文化诸因素的价值贡献度,验证价值贡献的耦合机理,并提出相关建议,以期为其他高科技企业的发展提供借鉴。
A company exists in the nature of its heterogeneity. The external manifestations of heterogeneity in a company are the differentiation strategies, and the intrinsic motivation is intellectual capital(IC) running. Individual human capital's transformation into IC has long been a hot issue in recent years. On the basis of analyzing Huawei company's unique strategies for talents selection, per- formance mechanism, training mechanism, technical innovation, management innovation, and cultural pattern and so on and by refer- ence to the coupling theory in physics, the mechanism that human capital couples with enterprise innovation and corporate culture was built. The degree of contribution of human capital, innovation and corporate culture to the corporate value was measured by taking ad- vantage of Likert Method. The value contribution mechanism on coupling theory was verified. Some suggestions were put forward in the hope of providing some guidance for the development of other high-tech enterprises.
