制绳钢丝力学性能标准偏差和均值异同判定方法

摘要 探讨缩小钢丝试验数据离散性的方法。以执行API 9A:2011生产的φ1.30 mm的3级钢丝为例,随机抽取3个样本进行试验并对试验结果进行分析。给出制绳钢丝力学性能标准偏差和均值异同判定方法:"2个正态分布方差相等的F分布检验"和"2个正态分布均值相等的t分布检验",该方法将平均值为2.374 kN、标准差为0.030 kN的批次2制绳钢丝和平均值为2.360 kN、标准差为0.047 kN的批次3制绳钢丝合并,将平均值为2.285kN、标准差为0.032 kN的批次1制绳钢丝舍弃。有效控制制绳前钢丝性能的均匀性,可以达到改善钢丝绳品质的目的。 To discuss the method of reducing steel wire experimental data' s discreteness. For example, by using diameter 1.30 mm level 3 steel wire produced by API 9A:2011, and draw 3 samples at random to test and analyze the results. To give the decision method in the similarities and differences of standard deviation and mean value of rope steel wire' s me- chanical property : "F distribution test of 2 normal distribution with same gap" and "t distribution test of 2 normal distribu- tion with same data", this method combined average batch 2 steel wire ropes that mean value is 2. 374 kN, and standard deviation is 0. 030 kN, and batch 3 steel wire ropes that mean value is 2.360 kN and standard deviation is 0.047 kN ; and abandon batch 1 steel wire rope that mean value is 2. 285 kN and standard deviation is 0.032 kN. To control steel wire' s uniformity before roping and achieve the purpose of improving steel wire rope' s quality.
