摘要
对于船舶模型加工而言,CAM系统的应用是缩短技术准备周期、实现复杂型线船舶模型加工的有效途径。能否充分运用好CAM系统的部件加工知识,将直接影响CAM系统的实施效果。通过相应配置,UG/CAM系统能有效定制、管理和继承模版,从而快速、高质量实现船舶模型的数控编程及加工,确保船模加工质量和提高生产效率。
For ship model machining, the application of CAM system is an effective approach to shorten the technical preparing period and achieve the complex ship model production. Whether the component processing knowledge of CAM system can be used sufficiently will directly affect its implementation effect. By corresponding collocation,UG/CAM system can efficiently customize ,manage and reproduce the template,which will achieve numerical control program and process of the ship model with rapidity and high quality in order to ensure the ship model quality and improve the production efficiency.
