神经调节辅助通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是继发于严重创伤、感染、休克等疾病,肺实质细胞受损导致的以进行性低氧血症、呼吸窘迫为特征的临床综合征,机械通气可明显提高ARDS患者的抢救成功率。诱发因素解除和呼吸功能改善后,及时、安全地撤离呼吸机仍是值得探讨的问题。神经调节辅助通气(NAVA)是以膈肌电活动信号(EAdi)直接触发呼吸机工作的一种呼吸模式。我们在ARDS患者中使用NAVA模式,取得了较满意的结果,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.
