环形电切术在宫颈上皮内瘤病变诊治中的价值被引量：3

摘要宫颈病变是妇科常见疾病，近几年我国宫颈癌的发病率呈逐年上升与年轻化趋势。宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）是与宫颈癌密切相关的一组癌前病变，早期发现和及时治疗有利于患者的预后。宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）是近年来发展起来的一种用于诊断与治疗宫颈病变的新技术，由于操作方便，可保留生育功能，应用范围逐步广泛。我们对我院施行LEEP术的280例患者进行回顾性分析，探讨LEEP术在宫颈CIN诊治中的意义。
