摘要
介绍了中国石化长岭分公司在较为成熟的HSE体系管理和未遂事件管理的基础上,全面推行OSHA统计方法,进一步完善事故预防管理体系,形成良性循环,对持续改进HSE管理,实现事故预防起到了积极作用。
Based on the mature HSE system manage- ment and management of near-miss incident, SINO- PEC Changling Branch implements OSHA statistics method comprehensively to further perfect accident prevention and management system, form virtuous circle, thus it plays a positive role in continuously im- proving HSE management and realizing accident pre- vention.
