摘要
利用加油站的模拟油气回收装置研究了自制疏水硅胶、活性炭以及两者混合物的吸脱附性能,结果表明:在不同浓度的油气以及进气速度下,疏水硅胶的吸附速度较慢,吸附量较小,但油气更容易脱附,二者混合后效果更好,疏水硅胶有望在吸附法油气回收领域能得到广泛应用。
The absorption and desorption performance of the self-control dewatering silicon gel, activated carbon ~md the mixture is studied by utilizing the ana- log oil & gas recovery device at the gas station. The result shows that: under the condition of oil & gas of different concentrations and intake velocity, if the ab- sorption speed of dewatering silicon gel is slow, the absorbing capacity will be small, but the oil and gas is easy to desorb. The better effect will be obtained if the both are mixed. The dewatering silicon gel is ex- pected to be widely applied into the field oil & gas re- covery via adsorption method.
