摘要
对蒸汽发生器支撑板表面流体薄膜的动态特性进行了分析。使用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了支撑板的固有频率、开孔半径、压力、流体薄膜厚度和流体粘度等因素对支撑板刚度系数和阻尼系数的影响。通过分析得出了刚度系数和阻尼系数与影响因素之间的关联式。
In this article, the dynamic characteritics of fluid film on support plate used in steam generator were analyzed. By using finite element software ANSYS, the impacts of some factors on the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the fluid film are studied, such as the natural frequency of the supporting plate, pore radius, pressure, fluid film thickness and fluid viscosity, and so on. Based on these studies, the relationship between the influencing factors and dynamic parameters was obtained.
