薪酬管理公平性对员工满意度影响文献综述 被引量:5

摘要 梳理了国内外学者关于薪酬管理公平性对员工薪酬满意度的研究成果,首先回顾了薪酬管理公平性的构成,然后综述了薪酬管理公平性对员工薪酬满意度的影响效应,最后指出了薪酬管理公平性今后的研究方向。
