论国有大中型建筑企业人力资源管理模式转型

摘要 建筑行业的竞争日趋激烈,业内企业纷纷开展人力资源管理提升行动,以求通过过硬的管理在未来的竞争中傲视群雄。为了探索国有大中型建筑企业人力资源管理模式的转型方向,通过对此类企业人力资源状况的分析,结合相关学者的研究成果,得出传统人事业务仍是此类企业人力资源管理工作的重心;要想在未来的竞争中赢得先机,就必须完成现代人力资源管理理念和技术支持下的人力资源管理模式转型。
