磁共振检查中幽闭恐惧症患者的心理干预效果评价

Evaluation of effect of psychological intervention in the patients with claustrophobia in magnetic resonance imaging examination

目的探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查中幽闭恐惧症患者的心理干预措施,并评价其效果。方法将该院2009-10～2012-10行磁共振检查中出现幽闭恐惧症的70例患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规心理干预,干预组在常规心理干预的基础上给予音乐疗法、放松训练等综合治疗。分析两组干预后的总有效率。结果干预组总有效率为94.3%,33例患者顺利完成磁共振检查并取得了良好的图像效果,2例出现严重恐惧症状而放弃磁共振检查;对照组总有效率为28.6%,明显低于干预组(P<0.01)。结论采用科学适当的心理干预措施,能够有效缓解患者恐惧症状,帮助患者顺利完成MRI检查。

Objective To explore the psychological intervention measures in the patients with claustrophobia in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) examination and evaluate its effect. Methods From October 2009 to October 2012,70 patients with claustrophobia in MRI examination were randomly divided into the control group (35 patients) and intervention group(35 patients) ,The patients in intervention group received the psychological intervention including the comprehensive measures of music therapy,relaxation training,and so on. The patients in control group received the regular psychological intervention. The total effective rate in two groups were analyzed. Results In the intervention group the total effective rate was 94. 3% ,33 patients successfully completed MRI examination and achieved good image effect. Because of serious fear,2 patients given up MRI examination. In the control group the total effective rate was 28. 6% ,significantly less than the intervention group. There was a statistically significant different between two groups(P<0.01) . Conclusion The scientific proper psychological intervention measures can effetively relieve patients’fear symptoms and help patients to successfully complete MRI examination.
